Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at zindowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
